When should I contact Educated Body about my project?
The earlier the better, even as long as 5 years out, or RIBA Stage 1. Early input into the design and space planning of your wellness amenity can save capital costs upfront, and protect against ongoing higher service charges for residents.
Which of these sectors does Educated Body operate in, For Sale Residential, Branded Residences, Build to Rent, PBSA, Later Living, The Workplace?
We operate in all these sectors, as well as in hospitality. We run all types of wellness amenity including bars.
Does Educated Body provide discounted buying rates for gym equipment?
Yes, because we procure and supply large quantities of equipment, we can almost always supply gym equipment cheaper than the manufacturer.
Does Educated Body use just one equipment supplier or give a choice?
The best thing about working with Educated Body is we do not have a single supplier. This means we can “”cherry pick” exactly what equipment is best for you from multiple suppliers. We have in house CAD design and will plan your gym and show you what it will look like in 2D and 3D. We recommend the right equipment type, brand, and quantity. Often manufacturers will recommend more equipment than is necessary.
Does Educated Body only do projects in London?
No, we work throughout the UK, especially Birmingham, Manchester, and Scotland. We also work overseas and have a base in Abu Dhabi. We are currently working on a project in Denmark, and a large placemaking project in Abu Dhabi.
Do I need staff to run my facility or is there an option to operate without staff?
Educated Body can provide a staffed or unstaffed solution. Please contact us for advice. Not all environments are compliant or safe without a staff team. If you are at the early stages of design, we can recommend how you can reduce the need for staff and lower your future operating costs.
Does Educated Body provide trained staff where needed?
Yes, our staff team of almost 150 wonderful people is something we are very proud of. We would love to tour you around some of our amenities so you can meet some of them in person.
Is my wellness amenity operating safely? What is the value of a free Risk Report?
